What is your returns policy?


Yes Please Health is happy to replace any supplement, accessory or clothing that is faulty or damaged. Additionally, Yes Please Health is happy to accept returns on clothing items if they meet the returns requirements outlined below. 


Please read this carefully before purchasing. 


We do not offer repair, replacement or refund on supplements or accessories where:

  • you have changed your mind;
  • you have misused the product in any way that caused the problem;
  • you knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product;
  • you asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of Yes Please or were unclear about what you wanted; or The Australian Consumer Law otherwise provides that we may not offer repair, replacement or refund.
  • Dissatisfaction on taste, this does not deem the product faulty or damaged.

Change of Mind Returns - Supplements and Accessories


Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns because you have changed your mind due to health regulations and safety concerns. Please select your items carefully before purchasing and ensure that any product you purchase is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

 

Change of Mind Returns - Clothing

If you would like to return your item(s) we are more than happy to provide a store credit on items that are returned within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date for Australian customers or within thirty (30) days for international customers. Please note this is just for clothing items, not supplements. Your returned item(s) must meet the following criteria:

- The item(s) has been purchased via the Yes Please website.

- The item(s) is returned in its original condition, unworn/ unused with tags attached and all original packaging. This is important - if tags are ripped or damage, there will be a fee on return.

- The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit and contains either a copy of the original order/packing slip or a completed returns request form.

Please note there are no returns or exchanges for final sale items or items that are discounted by 30% or more. Yes Please reserves the right to deny refunds if the purchased item(s) do not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.

EXCHANGING ITEMS

Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges on our products. However, should you wish to return your item we would be more than happy to provide you with a store credit provided your return meets the criteria outlined in our returns policy.
